6 x 36 Class Wire Core Bright Wire Rope 
6x36 Class wire ropes includes 6x36WS & 6x41WS construction types.  It's Warrington Seale construction is good for flexibility and improved wear due to the larger outer wires. Suitable for lifting slings, overhead crane ropes, mooring lines, crane ropes and winch lines.
PowerStrand 6x36 Class Bright Wire Rope Core Wire Ropes are ungalvanized and supplied with an A1 lube.  The A1 lube is a light grease applied during the stranding and closing process to encapsulate the individual wires to reduce wear and slightly inhibit the onset of corrosion.  Bright ropes should be periodically inspected & re-lubed to ensure wire to wire friction is reduced to extend service life.  
Steel cores wire ropes are used to add strength to the rope, provide resistance to drum crushing and where low stretch is required.
