7/16 inch Digital Green Static Rope

Highline Ropes has been making custom ropes for over 30 years. Our ropes have been used in the production of several feature films. We also make rope for a variety of other markets including fire departments, military, industrial and sport markets across North America. Highline Ropes has been involved in 8 world records.

For the sheath we use an over and under “diamond braid”. The core contains continuous strand bundles that have a slight twist. A rope of this construction will not spin. Generally speaking, the more twist in the core, the more stretch the rope will have. A slight twist makes the rope more “forgiving” and the fiber bundles are easier to handle in the manufacturing process. Our twist level however, is such that the rope maintains true static characteristics.

Our industrial ropes are manufactured to the Cordage Institutes standard CI 1801-17. A variety of custom colors are available including digital and chroma green and blue.
