1/2 inch EMCO Elevator Socket Spring Kits

Spring isolation bushing assemblies provide:

1. Equal tension on all wire ropes

2. Isolation of all metal parts between sockets, springs and hitch plate for noisless operation. Spring isolation bushings assemblies are provided with springs, bushings and washers specifically sized for the speed and capacity of elevators. There are two basic models; EM901 and EM1001. Others sizes are available including EM400 for larger diameter ropes.

Spring isolation bushing assemblies include;

1 pce Spring

3 pcs Plastic bushings (top hats)

2 pcs Bushing washers

1 pce Rod washer
